Join us for the Virtual Cocktail Hour for a fun make-along mixology session and mingling time with other members!

SARAH'S "TEQUILA COSMO"
— 2 oz Tequila (I like Reposado, but just make sure it’s a good one!)
— 2 oz cranberry juice (or more if you want it to be not as strong!)
— Juice from half a lime
— A couple splashes of Grand Mariner or Cointreau
Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass! Drink! (For those who are not tequila fans, feel free to sub vodka!)

MOCK-JITO (for those who prefer sans liquor)
Mint leaves
1/2 Lime cut Into wedges
1 oz Simple Syrup (sub with a teaspoon of sugar if you don't have simple syrup, or make it yourself by boiling sugar in water, at a 1:1 ratio then cooling it down)
- club soda
Put mint leaves, lime and simple syrup in a shaker, and muddle. Add a cube of ice, and shake. Pour the contents in a glass with ice. Fill the glass with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and wedge of lime. Tip: Add a bit of fruit, e.g. a strawberry, pineapple cube, watermelon cube, etc., or a combination of fruits, in the muddle to add more flavor and color.

AMY'S "LE BHWF 75"

— 1 oz Gin
— 1 oz St. Germaine
— 1/2 oz Limoncello
— Squeeze of one wedge of lemon
— A dash of Blue Curacao (Mainly to add the blue color, skip if you don't have it)
— A split of Brut bubbly (Prosecco, Champagne, Cava, etc.)
Shake the liquor+lemon juice with ice and strain into a flute, tulip, or coupe. Top the glass with bubbly. For a fun look, dip the rim of your glass in honey, then in sprinkles, and/or drop a Maraschino cherry or piece of frozen fruit. (We will do red sprinkles to add President Wendy's color of the season!)
